First you have to use photoshop program, u can dl it over the internet for 30 day trial. From there's tons of things u can do, check this site out for tutorials,

So is wallpaper the same thing as Collage or different?
I've already got a photoshop program but don't know how to use it. Does it have to be a particular program??

I have Photoshop 7 and hey it a thing for collage well what do you do in that class i'm in the eith grade can you guys tell me

A collage and a wallpaper maybe the same on just how you make the wallpaper. You can add a lot of pics to make a collage or just a few pics to create a wallpaper. Making a wallpaper is all up to your own choices.

The most easiest way is to check out PHotoshop tutorials and the one I listed is a very good site to check out.

Collage is just grouping of a bunch of single pictures all together. Mostly all collage have a theme, example "Collage that describes yourself"

it's kinda confuse. if your like a beginner try micro. soft word. you can pratice in there. i'm a beginner my self. but i learn very quickly.
